Vista Auto and its entities reserve the right to refuse a repair for any reason including but not limited to, vehicle damage, interior damage, mechanical damage, misuse, or tampering. Vista powertrain warranty excludes accidents or collision repair, repairs that are a result of insufficient or improper maintenance, maintenance services like oil changes and tire rotations, repairs due to contaminated or low-quality fuel, corrosion or rust, normal wear and tear, aftermarket products, air conditioning, and heating systems.
